Sorry it’s been so long since pictures- we’ve been busy! We’ll get Hawaii shots up soon- it was a great trip. For now, these will have to do. We are slowly coming to terms that our little man will be 1 in just a few short weeks! EEK!

Will Des be the next food network star

Des likes to spend time in the kitchen. Here are his favorite things to do:
- Throw around the watermelon (as you saw already)
- Take the lids off the pots and make loud noises
- Chase the cat
- Go through the recycling
- Play with baby food lids
- Go through the Tupperware drawer

Now that Des likes to eat his Cheerios and other various pieces of food, he can spend 15-30 minutes just chillin’ in the high chair. Once he is done with whatever he has, he has figured out the concept of feeding Beau– he chucks it over the edge and Beau gobbles it up, which he finds quite hilarious. His favorite? When Beau gets a hold of his hand to lick whatever goody he’s had. So easily amused. Check it:

So Des has sadly gone through more than one watermelon and not in the mmm-this-tastes-delicious sort of way. Instead, he loves to play with them– roll them around, pick them up and drop them, smack them over and over again. But it is just so cute! I got one of these episodes on film. Enjoy!
